Investors - this is a really sweet income property. This tenant has been a part of my rental portfolio for several years now and does not miss payments. Currently under a 1-year lease to expire March 30, 2027 at $1,100 a month PLUS they pay their own gas, electric and have a tenant water / sewer account set up with the Cleveland Department of Water and NEORSD to pay those items, as well!! This is a 3-bedroom home (county records say 2) with over 1400 square feet and a dry, clean basement on a quiet street. I have serviced the mechanicals (do not know their ages) so they are working, a new thermostat was installed in March 2026, new gutter on driveway side of the house and chimney cap repaired.
